Blue Horseshoe provides its services following traditional staff augmentation and executive search business models:
		Contract Services are provided on a time and materials basis with weekly or bi-weekly invoicing
		Contract-To-Permanent Services are provided on a Contract basis until such time as Blue Horseshoe's assigned consultant becomes your full-time employee. Blue Horseshoe charges a flat conversion fee, reduced by up to 50% based on the duration of the candidate's contract services
		Permanent Placement Services are provided based on a flat Permanent Placement Fee. Blue Horseshoe provides a 90-day guarantee - in the event our placement voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause (other than lack of work) in the first 90 days of employment, Blue Horseshoe will immediately re-commence the search for a replacement or will refund the Permanent Placement fee at the client's option.
